This unique composition results in a dual-phase microstructure that provides tensile strength (800–1000 MPa), yield strength (~550 MPa), and excellent toughness. These valves are highly resistant to chloride-induced corrosion, oxidation, and fatigue stress, ensuring they maintain their mechanical integrity even under high-pressure and high-temperature conditions. The alloy’s exceptional weldability, dimensional stability, and thermal resistance make it ideal for complex and precision-engineered flow control systems.
