Super Duplex Steel Manifold Valves are mainly made up of Chromium (24–26%), Nickel (6–8%), Molybdenum (3–5%), and balanced Iron, along with controlled amounts of Nitrogen, Manganese, and Silicon. This unique dual-phase microstructure provides high tensile strength (800–1000 MPa), yield strength (~550 MPa), and remarkable toughness. The valves are known for their excellent resistance to chloride stress corrosion, oxidation, and fatigue cracking. They maintain their shape and mechanical integrity at both high and low temperatures, making them perfect for critical flow control systems that operate under extreme pressure and in corrosive industrial environments.
