Wai Nickel Alloys, a well-respected manufacturer and supplier located in Naypyidaw, Myanmar, specializes in high-performance Nitronic Sheets and Plates. These products are crafted for exceptional strength, corrosion resistance, and wear resistance. Thanks to their nitrogen-enhanced austenitic structure, these stainless steel alloys maintain impressive toughness, even in sub-zero temperatures. The combination of outstanding mechanical strength with resistance to galling and oxidation makes Nitronic Sheets and Plates perfect for tough environments. With precision manufacturing and cutting-edge technology, these products find their place in marine, chemical, and industrial applications where durability and high resistance to corrosion and abrasion are crucial.
Nitronic Sheets and Plates mainly consist of Iron, Chromium (20–23%), Manganese (4–9%), Nickel (3.5–5.5%), and Nitrogen (0.2–0.4%), along with minor amounts of Silicon and Molybdenum. These alloys boast a tensile strength of up to 900 MPa and a yield strength of around 400–500 MPa, all while maintaining impressive ductility and toughness. The unique nitrogen-strengthened structure of Nitronic enhances its corrosion resistance, wear resistance, and oxidation stability at high temperatures. It outperforms standard stainless steels, offering excellent resistance to stress corrosion cracking and superior mechanical properties in both cryogenic and high-temperature settings.
