Wai Nickel Alloys, a trusted manufacturer and supplier based in Naypyidaw, Myanmar, offers high-quality Niobium Sheets and Plates engineered for superior strength, corrosion resistance, and thermal stability. Manufactured using advanced metallurgical processes, these sheets and plates exhibit excellent formability, ductility, and resistance to high-temperature oxidation. Niobium Sheets and Plates are ideal for applications in aerospace, electronics, chemical processing, and superconducting technologies due to their outstanding performance under extreme conditions. Known for their exceptional purity and reliability, they provide consistent performance and durability in both industrial and scientific environments where precision and resistance to harsh elements are critical.
Niobium Sheets and Plates are composed of Niobium (≥99.9%), with trace amounts of Tantalum, Iron, Silicon, and Carbon. This pure refractory metal offers excellent tensile strength (275–450 MPa) and yield strength (~200 MPa), along with superior ductility and thermal conductivity. Niobium retains its mechanical properties at elevated temperatures, resisting oxidation and corrosion in acidic and alkaline environments. Its high melting point (~2477°C), magnetic neutrality, and formability make it ideal for applications requiring long-term stability, precision fabrication, and performance under high stress or extreme thermal conditions.
