Nimonic 90 Sheets and Plates are made up of Nickel (≥60%), Chromium (18–21%), and Cobalt (15–20%), along with controlled amounts of Titanium (~2.5%), Aluminum (~1.5%), and trace elements of Carbon and Iron. This alloy boasts a tensile strength of 1000–1100 MPa and a yield strength of around 750 MPa, maintaining excellent mechanical properties even at temperatures up to 950°C. It shows impressive resistance to creep, fatigue, and oxidation, while also being easy to weld and form. The alloy’s stability under cyclic thermal loading makes it a top choice for components that need to be structurally reliable at high temperatures.
