Nimonic 75 Sheets and Plates are mainly made of Nickel (about 80%) and Chromium (around 20%), with small amounts of Titanium, Carbon, and Iron added to boost strength and stability. This alloy showcases a tensile strength of approximately 850 MPa, a density of 8.37 g/cm³, and remarkable oxidation resistance up to 1000°C. It maintains excellent creep and fatigue strength even at high temperatures while also being easy to fabricate and weld. Nimonic 75 keeps its mechanical integrity under cyclic thermal conditions, making it ideal for both structural and heat-resistant industrial applications.
