Wai Nickel Alloys stands out as a top manufacturer and supplier based in Naypyidaw, Myanmar, focusing on high-quality Waspalloy Bars tailored for demanding industrial applications. These bars are celebrated for their remarkable strength and impressive oxidation resistance, especially at high temperatures, making them ideal for tough environments like aerospace and power generation. With a commitment to precision manufacturing and strict adherence to international quality standards, Wai Nickel Alloys guarantees consistent product performance. Their Waspalloy Bars come in various sizes and finishes to cater to specific engineering needs, ensuring exceptional durability and reliability even in extreme conditions, which is why they’re the go-to choice for critical high-temperature components.
Waspalloy Bar is a nickel-based superalloy that mainly consists of Nickel (around 58%), Chromium (19–21%), Cobalt (12–15%), Molybdenum (3.5–5%), Titanium (2.7–3.2%), and Aluminum (1.2–1.6%), along with small amounts of Boron and Carbon. This alloy is known for its impressive strength retention up to 870°C and outstanding creep and rupture resistance. It boasts a tensile strength of about 150 ksi (1034 MPa) and a yield strength of 115 ksi (793 MPa). The unique blend of toughness, hardness, and oxidation resistance ensures it performs exceptionally well in high-stress and high-temperature situations.
