Nickel Alloy 201 Bars are composed of Nickel (≥99.6%) along with carefully controlled amounts of Copper, Iron, Manganese, Silicon, Carbon (≤0.02%), and Sulfur. The low carbon content boosts resistance to intergranular corrosion, making it suitable for temperatures exceeding 315°C. This alloy boasts a tensile strength of 370 MPa, a yield strength of 105 MPa, and an elongation of up to 40%. It maintains excellent ductility, malleability, and thermal conductivity, while also showing strong resistance to caustic alkalis and neutral salts. Nickel 201 preserves its structural integrity and oxidation resistance, even when continuously exposed to high temperatures.
