Nickel Alloy 200 Bars are composed of Nickel (≥99.6%) with trace elements of Copper, Iron, Manganese, Silicon, Carbon, and Sulfur. The alloy provides excellent resistance to caustic alkalis, neutral salts, and reducing chemicals. It offers a tensile strength of around 370 MPa, yield strength of 105 MPa, and elongation up to 40%, ensuring high ductility and toughness. Nickel 200 retains its strength and stability up to 315°C and possesses low gas content, high electrical conductivity, and excellent oxidation resistance, making it ideal for precision engineering and chemical applications.
