Strategically based in Naypyidaw, Wai Nickel Alloys has built a strong reputation as a trusted manufacturer and supplier of specialized welding materials. Our focus is on providing high-quality solutions for demanding industrial applications, with a prime example being our reliable AWS Class ENi-Cl coated electrodes. We understand that consistent performance is critical, which is why we ensure our products meet rigorous standards, offering professionals in Myanmar and beyond a dependable choice for joining and repairing critical nickel-based components.
The ENi-Cl classification specifies a high-purity nickel electrode, ideal for creating a ductile weld. The deposited metal from these electrodes is composed of at least 92% nickel, resulting in excellent mechanical properties. This includes a tensile strength typically around 70 ksi (480 MPa) with good elongation, meaning the weld can stretch and bend without cracking. This unique combination of strength and ductility is essential for accommodating thermal expansion and vibration in the finished assembly.
