Nimonic 80A Bars are composed of Nickel (≥70%), Chromium (18–21%), with controlled additions of Titanium (2.3%), Aluminum (1.4%), Carbon, and trace elements. The alloy provides a tensile strength of 950–1050 MPa and a yield strength around 700 MPa, maintaining excellent mechanical stability up to 980°C. It offers superior creep and fatigue resistance, excellent oxidation resistance, and high hardness and ductility. The combination of strength, heat resistance, and corrosion resistance ensures reliable performance in prolonged high-temperature operations and mechanically demanding conditions.
